Is there a recommended way to document permanent links to the content here. For example, rather than:

http://texts05.archive.org/0/texts/ArpanetStudyFinalReport/

Perhaps,

http://texts.archive.org/textx/arpanet/ArpanetStudyFinalReport

That is just the answer that I wanted. Did I miss this in the documentation ? Can I suggest that this link be listed on the text-details page: there is a "This text is on: " reference, but perhaps a "Permanent link: " reference too.

The easiest thing to do is to go to a particular details page and see - there's a certain default style:

http://www.archive.org/download/ronincollective017/RC017-01-perfectvictim_houseofcards_spyefexremix.mp3

..for example. So it tends to be archive.org/download/itemdirectory/filename - is that what you wanted to know?

Thanks,
s!
